Rules for fair, lawful and respectful participation on NKsereke â for customers, vendors and riders alike.
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the standards of behaviour expected from everyone who uses the NKsereke platform â our mobile app, website, vendor dashboard, rider portal and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform").
Using the Platform means you agree to follow this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This AUP exists to protect the safety, fairness and integrity of every transaction on NKsereke.
This policy applies to all users of the NKsereke platform, including:
Anyone who browses, places or receives orders on the platform
Registered businesses or individuals selling on NKsereke
Delivery agents registered on the NKsereke rider programme
APIs, integrations or agents acting on behalf of any user

Vendors are the backbone of the NKsereke marketplace. In addition to Section 3, vendors must observe the following:

The following categories of products and services may not be listed or sold on NKsereke under any circumstances:

| Adult or obscene content | Pornographic materials or services of a sexual nature |
| Stolen goods | Any item the seller does not have lawful title to sell |
| Human trafficking & exploitation | Any service or good facilitating human trafficking or forced labour |
| Financial products (unlicensed) | Ponzi schemes, unlicensed loan products, cryptocurrency fraud |
| Items violating sanctions | Goods prohibited under Nigerian or international trade sanctions |
| Gambling services | Unlicensed lottery, betting or gaming products |
| Hate materials | Content promoting hatred, discrimination or violence based on identity |
NKsereke reserves the right to remove any listing it deems inappropriate, even if not explicitly named above, at its sole discretion.
Riders are representatives of the NKsereke brand in the field. In addition to the general prohibitions in Section 3:
Users must not upload, post or share any content on the NKsereke platform that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, patents or trade secrets.
By uploading product images, descriptions or other content to the platform, vendors grant NKsereke a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content for the purposes of operating and marketing the marketplace.
The NKsereke name, logo, branding and platform design are proprietary to NKsereke Technologies Ltd. Unauthorised use of our brand assets for any commercial purpose is prohibited.
NKsereke takes violations of this policy seriously. Depending on the nature and severity of the breach, consequences may include:

| Serious violation | Permanent account termination, funds withheld pending investigation |
| Criminal conduct | Permanent ban + mandatory referral to EFCC, NFIU, or Nigerian Police Force |
Users have the right to appeal any enforcement decision by contacting compliance@nksereke.com within 14 days of the action being taken. Appeals are reviewed by a senior team member not involved in the original decision.

All reports are treated confidentially. Malicious or false reports made in bad faith are themselves a violation of this policy.
NKsereke may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or industry best practices. We will notify users of material changes via the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
